Role Overview:

We are seeking a Director – Transaction Risk Services to join as an independent contractor. You will bring your own client base, lead our tiered compliance and risk framework (Levels 1–3), and deliver governance and risk advisory to legal, accounting, lending, and DNFBP sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of our multi-tier compliance and risk framework (KYC/KYB automation, EDD, ongoing monitoring).
• Provide board-level strategic governance and compliance advisory.
• Oversee AML/CFT frameworks, transaction risk, and lending compliance.
• Manage client relationships and act as their primary advisor.
• Introduce your client network to our platform and support business growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years in compliance, governance, risk management, or financial advisory.
• Strong client base in legal, accounting, lending, or DNFBP sectors.
• Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certifications: HKICS, CPA, CFA, CAMS, or other recognized accounting/compliance certifications preferred.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
