We are now seeking a Director – Public Company Governance & Lending Services to join our platform as an independent contractor with flexible hybrid working options.

What You’ll Do

• Advise boards and C-level executives on governance, compliance, and risk strategy.
• Lead our three-tier governance program (enablement, monitoring, remediation).
• Provide AML/CFT and risk management support for lending and compliance services.
• Bring your own clients and act as their primary relationship manager.
• Collaborate directly with senior management and regulators.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 8+ years in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, or capital market advisory.
  • Proven track record working with listed companies, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies.
• Qualifications:
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline (professional certifications such as HKICS, CPA, CFA, or CAMS preferred).
• Skills:
  • Strong business network with the ability to bring existing clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written & spoken).
  • Boardroom presence and ability to influence C-level executives and regulators.
